4.5 Preparing for the Cooling System Power-On
Commissioning
Prerequisites
External cooling devices have been installed.
If a low-temperature component is installed in the outdoor unit compartment: Check the
temperature labels after the equipment is delivered to the site. If the 65° label has turned black,
the outdoor temperature exceeds 65° during transportation, and the safety valve may operate
and refrigerant may leak. If the smart cooling product generates a refrigerant leakage alarm,
add refrigerant according to the user manual of the smart cooling product. If the 70° label has
turned black, the outdoor temperature exceeds 70° during transportation, the safety valve has
operated and refrigerant has leaked. Add refrigerant according to the user manual of the smart
cooling product.
Preparations
Tools: multimeter, phillips screwdriver
Documents: cooling device layout diagram, smart cooling product teamwork relationship
diagram, indoor/outdoor unit and T/H sensor wiring diagram, cooling device initial
configuration table
Skill requirement: cooling engineer
For the diagrams and tables, see the initial configuration parameter manual for the solution in use.
Procedure
Step 1
Understand the layout of cooling devices by referring to the cooling device layout diagram.
Step 2
Understand the smart cooling product teamwork relationship by referring to the smart cooling
product teamwork relationship diagram.
Step 3
Understand the connections between the indoor unit, outdoor unit, and T/H sensors by
referring to the indoor/outdoor unit and T/H sensor wiring diagram.
Step 4
Understand the initial configurations of the cooling system by referring to the cooling device
initial configuration table.
Step 5
Verify that the water quality and pressure meet the requirements listed in
