power cycling the

Turn the Modem off and on again to enter antenna pointing

pointing mode
while you are
trying to reposition
the antenna.
The Modem is
configured to skip

Go to the Advanced Network Settings page on the Control
Pad and check ‘Enable Antenna Pointing Display.’
After Satellite IP
Modem exits
antenna pointing
mode, the Signal
Quality meter on
the Control Pad
changes from time
to time.
Normal behaviour.
There are several types of channels used by the Modem,
each with different signal strengths. Because the Signal
Quality meter measures the channel currently in use, there
may be slight differences in what the meter shows as
channels are changed from one type to another.
Antenna moves
after pointing.
The Satellite IP
Modem was moved
by the wind.
Use tie-down clips provided with the Modem to fix the unit in
place.
