HugMy.pet ThePaw
Getting Started in four easy steps
Your tracker comes with your SIM pre-installed. We also typically ship ThePaw with some charge, but
please charge it prior to first use.
1. Charge ThePaw
Take the USB clip charger supplied and plug
the USB end into a computer or phone charger
Next open the clip on the reverse of ThePaw,
by tugging on the protruding tab; at the end
nearest the two tightening screws.
Then look for the 2 small pin head contact
holes on the reverse of ThePaw and attach the
charging clip, as per this picture:
Note
: When the battery is completely flat ThePaw will take up to 4 minutes before four white
lights (the paws on the front of the device) illuminate, indicating that charging has begun.
Once the device is charging, both the
blue and red lights will flash together
about once a second, but once charging
has reached 100% the red paw light will
remain on, whilst the blue light will
continue to slowly flash. You can also
open the app and see the battery
charge state in the top right corner of
the main app screen.
2. Download the App or use the website
We recommend downloading the free iPhone or Android app from the appropriate app stores below:
