HugMy.pet ThePaw

Login to the app (or website)

Open the app (or

tracking

website

) and enter your unique

10 digit tracking number

which

you’ll locate on the tag on the
rear of ThePaw device.

The initial password is always set
to:

123456

Then press Log in.

We strongly recommend updating
your password by clicking

Settings / Change password.

Check your Time Zone

We usually ship the device with
the time zone set for your
location.

You must let the App know our
time zone is the UK (or wherever
you live), otherwise you might be
shocked to discover that your pet
lab is somewhere in China (or
whichever time zone is setup).

So, in the app, head for

Settings

then

Soft Time zone

: and set

(UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh,
London.

If you are using the tracking
website then having logged in,
click

Change Password

in the top

right corner.
