9 MENU key. In standby, press the key to enter the menu. In menu mode, press the
key to navigate through menu options.
10 OK/DIAL key. In menu navigation, press the key to confirm menu options and enter
further menu steps. When browsing the caller ID list or phonebook, press the key to
dial the indicated number.

FLASH key. Press the key to trigger a flash time (line breaking, for PABX systems).

REDIAL/P key. Press to redial the last dialed number or to insert a pause of 3.6
seconds when dialling a number.
13 IN USE indicator. This LED lights up when the receiver is off the hook.

HANDS FREE button. Press the button to turn the hands-free mode on or off.
15 Hotkeys 1 and 2. These keys can be used for the shortcut-dialling of often used
telephone numbers. Press to dial the assigned number. A photograph of a person
or any other image can be laid into the buttons. The image size is 20 x 20 mm.
16 SOS key. Press the SOS key for 3 seconds to trigger the SOS call procedure.

3. Features and functions
- Easy to see:
Big buttons and large characters on the display screen. The display has a
high resolution with 5 levels of contrast and full backlight. Incoming calls are indicated
by a red light.
- Easy to hear:
The ringtone volume can be adjusted, and the volume of the caller can
also be increased or lowered. The handset has inbuilt induction for compatibility with
hearing systems.
- Voice guide:
When navigating the menu, the positions are voiced in the set language
(the voice function can be deactivated).
- Talking keypad:
in pre-dialling mode, the phone will voice the digit of each pressed
keypad button.
- Talking caller ID:
The telephone will say the name or the number of the person calling,
according to the set language.
- Spoken phonebook number:
You can record your voice to announce the name of the
caller. When an incoming call comes from the caller which is stored in phonebook, the
phone will play the recorded name. If no voice is recorded for the entry, the telephone
will announce the phone number. The name or number is also read while browsing in
the phonebook.
