Connecting the loop cable
In order to connect a loop cable or the loop pad (available
as accessory), take the free ends of the cable, insert them
into one of the included 2-pole terminal connectors and fix
them by tightening the screws. Please make sure that only the
metal of the cable ends is wedged in the terminal clamps. It
is not necessary to regard a certain polarity. Plug the terminal
connector into the port marked with “LOOP”.
Audio signal input
The ports MIC1, LINE 1 and LINE 2 serve as inputs for audio
signals.
Microphones and outputs from stereo sets and PA-systems
can be connected:
MIC1 is intended for a 3-pole 3.5 mm jack plug with phantom
powering, for connecting condenser microphones.
LINE 1 offers a 3-pole connection for microphones as well as
regular audio input signals.
LINE 2 has a 2-pole connection for regular audio input types.
