There are TV sets that mute the speakers when devices are connected to
their headphone jack. On some television sets, this automatic muting can
be turned off via the TV settings menu. Alternatively, use another option for
connection. The analog/digital switch on the transmitter’s left side must be
set to “Analog”.
Connecting the transmitter to a SCART socket
The SCART adapter is not included in the scope of delivery and can be
purchased from a specialist dealer.
Plug the supplied audio connection lead into the transmitter’s blue “Analog
In” socket. Connect the SCART adapter with the audio connection lead.
Plug the SCART adapter into the SCART socket of your audio source. The
analog/digital switch on the transmitter’s left side must be set to “Analog”.
Powering the transmitter
Connect the power supply unit to the transmitter with the yellow “5V DC
1.5A” power socket. Then plug the power supply unit into an electrical
mains outlet.
