2. Assembly instructions
1. Take out the regulator from the box and the gas assembly parts. Control that the PE-tubing for gas has clean cut
endings. Mount the John Guest connector on the threaded ball lock disconnect, do not overtighten. Insert the gas
hose in the John Guest couplings on the regulator and on the ball lock disconnect. Push the tube into the
connector, it will seal automatically. (To release, push back the collar in front of the fitting and simultaneously pull on
the tube).
2. Make sure that the regulator is in the off-position (turn the knob counter clockwise). Attach the CO2 cartridge to
the regulator. Note: The cartridge should not be removed before the gas has run out. (Doing so may damage the
gasket in the regulator).
3. Now, the equipment for CO2/gas is ready for use. The high-pressure gauge shows the pressure in the CO2
cartridge, which is about 50 bar until the cartridge is nearly empty of liquid carbon dioxide. The low pressure gauge
is the pressure in the gas hose (and thus in the corny keg, when connected).
4.
The
“Sytrådkit till fatölsanläggning”-bag contains the restrictor tubing kit, which comes assembled and ready to
use. To dispense beer with the picnic faucet, simply press the lever on the tap all the way to get a good flow.
Pressing slightly will yield mostly foam... Cheers!
