Troubleshooting
Problem
Vanes do not all rotate or close tightly.
Solution
Check to see if the carriers bodies are in sync. If they are not in sync, rotate
them by hand so they are all in the same position.
Problem
The blind does not respond.
Solution

Check for power to the blind.

Be sure that the remote control is addressing the channel to which the
blind was set.
➤
The motor may be defective if there is more than one motorized blind
installed and only one is not responding.

Check the power to the blind.
➤
Unplug the transformer from the standard outlet. The motor will beep.
➤
Plug the transformer into the standard outlet. If power is working
correctly, you should hear three short beeps.
■
Remote control/wireless wall switch.
Press the channel selector. The
channel indicator should illuminate. If the light illuminates but the remote
control/wireless wall switch only works at very short range, the batteries
are weak. For instructions on changing the batteries, refer to the guide
included with your device.
■
Wall switches.

connected into the motor.
