1. Set the Fan Base on a dry, level surface.
2. USING USB DC SUPPLY: Make sure the On/Off
Switch located at the side of the fan is at the left (Off)
position. Insert the low voltage output plug of
converter to the fan input jack at the back of the fan.
Plug the USB cord into any standard USB port, such
as the USB output jack from a PC.
Warning:
Only use DC 5V power.
3. Now switch the fan to the “on” position by sliding the
Switch to the right.
4. To make the fan oscillate, push the Oscillation Knob
down. To stop oscillating, pull the Oscillation Knob up.
The Oscillation Knob is located on the top of the fan
housing.
WARNING:
• Always unplug from electrical supply source before
cleaning.
• Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motor
housing.
• Be sure to use a soft cloth moistened with mild soap
solution. Do not use harmful cleaners.
• After servicing, all safety devices (including grills and
blades) must be reinstalled or remounted as
previously installed.

• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
by or near children.
• Do not insert fingers or any objects through the grill guard
when fan is in operation.
• Do not operate this unit without fan guards properly locked.
• Avoid contact with moving parts.
• Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or
flammable fumes.
• Do not place fan or any parts near an open flame, cooking
or other heating appliance.
• Do not hang or mount fan on a wall or ceiling.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table, counter
or come into contact with hot surfaces.
• Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with
throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route
cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away
from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
• Do not operate fan after a malfunction or has been
dropped/damaged in any manner.
• Always use on a dry, level surface.
