MAIN PROVISIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
1.1.
General information
This manual is designed to provide the necessary information on device operation to the
operating personnel.
Please carefully read this manual before using the device and strictly follow the instructions
contained herein.
The information contained herein will enable the user to reduce the risk of causing harm to
health during the operation of the device.
Keep this manual close at hand for future reference.
1.2.
Description of device
The shock freezer, hereinafter referred to as the device, is designed and intended for cooling
and/or freezing various food products at a professional kitchen.
1)
Condensation zone:
located at the bottom of the device and contains a
condensation unit.
2)
Electrical zone:
located at the bottom of the device and contains control and power
elements.
3)
Evaporator zone:
located inside at the rear of the device and contains an
evaporator unit.
4)
Storage zone:
located inside the device and is used for cooling and/or freezing
food products.
The lower part is covered with a panel (A) which protects electrical components. The
attached door tightly closes the storage chamber. Depending on requirements, the device is
supplied in various modifications.
