To ensure the compliance with sanitary standards, all device parts coming in contact with
food shall be thoroughly cleaned. Use only special detergents intended for cleaning
refrigeration equipment.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
If the product is not used for a long time:
1. Disconnect it from the power network.
2. Thoroughly wash and clean the device.
3. Wipe stainless steel surfaces using a soft cloth with a small amount of vegetable oil.
4. Carry out all maintenance operations.
5. Leave the door of the device open.
To ensure the proper use of the device, please follow these recommendations:
1)
Never block the ventilation holes with other objects during the operation of the device.
2)
Always keep clean the front side of the condensation zone.
3)
Never place products with the temperature greatly exceeding 80 °C into the device.
4)
Avoid placing other objects near the device. Provide proper air circulation.
5)
Keep enough space between baking trays to provide air cooling.
6)
Never block inlets of evaporator's fans.
7)
Products that are hardly to cool, i.e. of large size and complex shape, shall be placed
in the center.
8)
Avoid unnecessary opening of the device door.
9)
Freezing data given herein relate to standard (low fat) products less than 50 mm thick,
so avoid placing products in layers, and the total thickness shall not exceed 50 mm. The
excessive thickness will extend the freezing time, so try to place products on the tray evenly.
