6.2.
Installation
The installation site shall have a power supply line and connections for liquid drainage.
The correct operation of the equipment is ensured at the room temperature of 32 °C. A
higher temperature may reduce the performance or trigger the device protection system.
Place the device on an even horizontal surface.
Connect the device and leave it for some time (at least 2 hours) before checking its
serviceability.
During transportation the compressor oil may penetrate the cooling system and block the
capillary tube: as a result, the device may operate without cooling until the oil returns to the
compressor.
Defrosting water and water formed at the bottom of the cooling compartment during device
operation or cleaning shall be released through the hose with a minimum diameter of ¾
inches that is connected to the outlet at the bottom of the device.
6.3.
Connection to the power network
Connection to the power network shall be carried out by the qualified specialist using the
necessary materials and tools.
Before connecting, make sure that the network data conform to the data specified on the
information label of the device.
Furthermore, make sure that the ECB switch of the required capacity is installed to protect
the device from overloads and short circuits.
6.4.
Inspection
The equipment is delivered ready for connection by the user.
The device functionality is guaranteed by successful fault detection tests (electrical testing,
functional testing, inspection of appearance) and corresponding certification.
Following the installation, check:
- electrical connections;
- functionality and efficiency of drainage;
- absence of any tools or materials accidentally left inside the device, which may affect the
device functionality and operation;
