5.9 Replacing the GPS circuit board
1. Disassemble the body. See
5.2.1

2. Disassemble the chassis. See

3. Unscrew the four screws (Torx 20) securing
the GPS circuit board to the chassis.
4. Disconnect the connection from the
connector on the GPS circuit board.
5. Remove the GPS circuit board.
6. Fit the new GPS circuit board and connect
the cable. Note! Do not over tighten the
screws. This might damage the circuit board.
Do not use a power screwdriver.
Only touch the edges of the circuit board.
Never touch the board’s components and
pin terminals.

7. Refit the chassis and body.

4. Disconnect all connections from the
connectors on the MMI circuit board.
5. The MMI circuit board is secured to the
display cover by means of two snap-on
fasteners. Carefully bend away the snap-on
fasteners and lift the MMI circuit board in the
edge on which the snap-on fasteners are
located.
6. Remove the MMI circuit board.
