To adjust the centrifugal force ER
207B, ER 407B and ER 507B
1. Remove the bolts and washers that hold the end
page 12
.
2. Remove the end covers.
3. Remove the bolts and the washers from each end of
the rotor.
4. Remove the eccentric weights from the shaft and
turn them 180° to adjust the centrifugal force. Refer
to
Eccentric weight adjustments for ER 207B, ER
407B and ER 507B, 200 Hz on page 10
and

CAUTION: Do the adjustments on each
end of the rotor.
Note: The positions of the eccentric weights are also
found on the inner side of the eccentric weights
covers. The factory positions for the products are set
to position 4.

To reverse the vibration
• Change the positions of the phase wires in the
power supply cable. Refer to

Note: A table with the correct connections is found in

To do a function check before
operation
1. Assemble the product. Refer to
product on page 13
.
2. Make sure that the product is correctly assembled.
Make sure that the rotor shaft turns freely and is not
loose.
3. Do a check of the motor insulation to ground. Use a
multimeter at 2.2 kV for 5 seconds.
4. Make sure that the product is connected to the
correct voltage. Refer to
Technical data on page
17
.
5. Do a check with a multimeter that the current is not
more than the value specified on the rating plate.
