support plate for the piston.
1. Put the support plate below the piston.
2. Seal with a cloth or paper to make sure that parts do
not fall into the crankcase.
3. Remove the snap rings on the 2 sides of the wrist
pin.
4. Push out the wrist pin by hand. If it is tight, use a
small hammer and light force.
5. Remove the piston.
6. Push the needle bearing out of the connecting rod.
7. Remove the piston rings.
