REPLACING FAN MOTORS AND BLADES

5. Remove screws from fan cover; remove cover.
6. Remove screws that hold fan bracket to
plenum. Lift fan/motor/bracket assembly out
of plenum.
7. Replace fan motor and blade.
8. Reassemble in reverse order.
9. Turn on power
10. Verify that motor is working and blade is turn-
ing in the correct direction.
11. Close air gaps under fan plenum. Warmer air
moving into refrigerated air reduces effective
cooling. Use silicone sealant to close gaps.
12. Replace display pans, Bring merchandiser to
operating temperature before restocking.
