Start up / Stocking
Refer to the merchandiser’s Technical Data
Sheet for refrigerant settings and defrost
requirements. Bring merchandisers down to
the operating temperatures listed on the data
sheet.
Product should NOT be placed in merchandisers
until merchandiser is at proper operating tem-
perature. Proper rotation of product during
stocking is necessary to prevent product loss.
Always bring the oldest product to the front,
and set the newest product to the back.
