INSTALL SHELVES
The MAXI-140 comes standard with
one fixed wire shelf (with or without dividers)
and
one removable flat wire shelf.
The removable lower shelf must be placed flush
against the back to maintain proper air flow
and product temperature.
DOOR HINGES
The MAXI-140 door is not self-closing.
The top door hinge has slots that allow the
door to be adjusted if the gasket doesn’t seal
completely.
Use a nut driver to loosen the four hex-head
screws just enough to allow the hinge to move
backward which will tighten the door seal.
