STOCKING
Product should NOT be placed in case
until merchandiser is at proper operating
temperature.
VRM merchandisers must
remain in operation for at least 24 hours before
product may be loaded into case cabinet.
Proper rotation of product during stocking
is necessary to prevent product loss. Always
bring the oldest product to the front and set
the newest to the back.

block air exhaust or return grille. Do not use
non-approved shelving, baskets, display racks,
or any accessory that could hamper air curtain

to ensure proper refrigeration and air curtain

• Beyond the front and rear of the shelves
• Near the air supply duct located at the top rear of case
• Near or covering the evaporation fan grilles
• Within four inches of the top of the cabinet (This space must be free of product and other materials.)
DO NOT LOAD CASE WITH WARM PRODUCT.
