.  The  increase  of  the  AC  frequency  can  increase  the  arc  stability,  DC  deposition  and 

wave balance increase can increase the weld penetration, with same situation, will affection as following

shows. Finally set the welding current, welding voltage, wire feed speed, wire dia. And characteristic at the remote 

control  terminal.  For  tandem  welding,  the  backward  AC  usage  power  source  need  to  be  less  than  the  forward  DC 

usage power source( 100A less for reference)
