1. This appliance is for outdoor use only, and should NOT be used in a building, a garage, or any other enclosed
area.
2. Do NOT use this fire pit for indoor heating. TOXIC carbon monoxide can accumulate and cause asphyxiation.
3. This outdoor fire pit is not for commercial use.
4. This outdoor fire pit is NOT to be operated by CHILDREN.
5. NEVER leave this fire pit unattended, especially when children and pets are about.
6. This outdoor fire pit is not to be used in a boat or recreational vehicle.
7. Always use this fire pit in accordance with all applicable local, state, and national codes. Some areas ban open
burning. Contact local fire departments for details on open burning.
8. When using this fire pit, exercise the same precautions you would with any open fire.
9. The use of alcohol, prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair the consumer’s ability to operate this fire
pit safely.
10. Do NOT use this fire pit until you have read the Operating Instructions.
11. This fire pit is designed for the use of wood pellets only. it will burn hotter, more completely, and create less
smoke and ash.
12. Do NOT burn charcoal briquettes, lump charcoal, manufactured logs, driftwood, trash, leaves, paper, card-
board, plywood, or painted, stained, or pressure treated wood.
13. Do NOT alter this fire pit in any manner.
14. Do NOT store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors or liquids in the vicinity of this or any other burning
appliance.
15. Do not store or use a LP gas cylinder within 30 feet (9.2 meters) of this fire pit while it is in operation.
16. Do NOT use this outdoor fire pit near automobiles, trucks, vans or recreational vehicles.
17. Do NOT use this fire pit in any explosive environment. Keep outdoor fire pit area clear and free of any combus-
tible materials, gasoline, or other flammable liquids.
18. Do NOT use this fire pit under any overhead, or near any unprotected combustible constructions. Avoid using
under or near any overhanging trees or shrubs.
19. Always use this fire pit on a hard, level, non-combustible surface like concrete, rock or stone. An asphalt or
hardtop surface may not be acceptable for this purpose. Do Not use on a wooden deck.
20. Always empty this fire pit before each use.
21. Do NOT wear inflammable or loose clothing when operating this fire pit.
22. Do NOT use this fire pit in windy conditions.
23. Always use this fire pit in a steel or rock campfire ring.
24. Do NOT use gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, lighter fluid or alcohol to light or relight this fire pit.
25. Keep all electrical cords away from this fire pit.
26. All surfaces of this fire pit are hot when in operation. To avoid burns and injury, do NOT touch this fire pit until
the fire is completely out and it has completely cooled. Never touch the coals or ash to see if they’re still warm.
27. Do NOT attempt to move or store this outdoor fire pit until all fire, coals, and ashes are completely extin-
guished, and the fire pit has completely cooled.
28. Do not remove any coals or ash, or clean the fire pit until the coals and ash are completely extinguished and
the fire pit has completely cooled.
29. Do NOT lean over this fire pit when lighting or when it is in use.
30. Do NOT place any guard or accessory such as tools onto combustible surfaces such as grass, a wooden deck, or
furniture.
31. Avoid breathing smoke from the fire, and avoid getting it in your eyes.
32. This fire pit should be inspected and cleaned regularly after each use.
33. After a period of non-use, check the fire pit for signs of damage and creosote buildup. Do NOT operate until
necessary repairs and/or cleanup is done.
34. Serious injury, death, and/or property damage may occur if the above instructions are not followed exactly.
