G.03 Volume Control

This program can adjust the Volume of Key Telephone. There are three
types of Volume you can adjust - Ring, Speaker, Handset.

Description:

Program the Volume for your Telephone:

. Handset on hook / [SPK] key off.

. Press [PRG/VU], [6].

CODE

. Dia

[1] for setting Ring Volume,
[2] for setting Speaker Volume,
[3] for setting Handset Volume.
[4] for setting Ring Volume up Gradually
[5] for setting Ring Frequency

. Press [#] key for Volume Up.

. Press [*] key for Volume Down.

Adjusting the Volume During Conversation:

. Press [PRG/VU] key.

. Press [#] key for Volume up.

. Press [*] key for Volume down.

G.04 Store Speed Dial/One Touch Dial

Speed Dial automatically dials the stored telephone numbers.
There are two types of Speed Dial: Personal (Extension) and System.

Description:

To store Personal Speed Dial numbers:

. Handset on hook / [SPK] key off.

. Press [PRG/VU] key.

. Dial [8].

SPD CODE/

. Dial the Speed Access Code / Press a programmed DSS key.

PERSONAL SPEED ACCESS CODE

DSS KEY

0 - 9

1-10

. Dial stored numbers (Max.30 digits).

. Press [SAVE] key.

To define a specific CO line for Speed Dialling:

Before or after step

above, the user can assign a CO line to the

memory.

. Press [AT/MIC] key then dial the CO line number
01-40 for BX-320,
01-04 for B1-408,
01-08 for BX8 or
00 for Automatic CO Selection.

To exit:

. Press [SPK] key.
