Means for electrical disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in 

accordance with the wiring rules.

This unit is double insulated, the power cord should be connected following 

the coding below:

Brown: L

Blue: N

3. Operation

This appliance has a switch to be pressed continuously during use and a three position

switch for three different temperatures.

On the mounting plate there is also a power on/off switch. 

To operate the hair dryer:

Ensure the power switch on the mounting plate base is switched to the on position. 

Select the required temperature setting on the hand held part of the dryer 

(0.5kW, 1.0kW & 1.4kW)

Operate the spring loaded switch to turn on the hair dryer. Operation will 

cease once the switch is released.
