The mineral oil-based hydraulic oil has a density of ≈ 0.9 kg/
dm³.
This formula applies to straight pipe runs. Particularly with
regard to the suction side connection, note that additional
connectors and pipe bends increase the pressure differential.
For the hydraulic connection, note the following points:
– Keep the height difference of the product to the Fluid level
in the reservoir as small as possible.
– se a vacuum-resistant suction hose suitable for a pressure
of ≥ -0.5 bar (e.g. -1 bar).
– The nominal size of the single-ended cordset corresponds
to the cross section of the screw-in thread.
– Avoid constrictions in the connected hoses. This reduces
the power and increases the risk of cavitation.
– No tension and vibrations are transmitted to the product
through, e.g. pipings. If needed, install the hoses or
compensators.
