Ces instructions de service sont partie intégrante
du produit et doivent être disponibles et gardées
dans un endroit sûr, pendant toute la durée d’utili
sation.
2. Utilisation conforme
Pour un fonctionnement sûr et une utilisation
sans risques de cette électrovanne, il convient de
respecter les données autorisées et les consignes
mentionnées dans le présent instructions.
Il ne faut utiliser pour l‘électrovanne que des fluides
qui n’attaquent les matériaux utilisés, ni chimique
ment ni mécaniquement. S’il n’existe pas de valeur
empirique quant à l’aptitu de, nous vous conseillons
de vous adresser à notre technicien d’application.
3. Utilisation non conforme
Un emploi hors des valeurs limites d’utilisation ou
sous la nonobservation des instructions de mon
tage et d’entretien, correspond à une utilisation non
conforme aux prescriptions.
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité et annulons la
garantie en cas d‘interventions sur l’électrovanne
ou transformations de celleci ainsi qu’en cas de
nonobservation de ces instructions ou les les
limites d‘emploi dans la fiche technique.
4. Consignes générales de sécurité
Les recommandations de sécurité ne concernent
que l’électrovanne. En combinaison avec d’autres
éléments de l’installation, d’autres potentialités de
dangers peuvent être engendrées. Cellesci doivent
être prises en considération par une analyse des
risques de danger de l’installation.
Comparer les caractéristiques de la plaque signalé
tique et le tableau de référence des différents types
d’appareils avec les caractéristiques de fonctionne
ment du système. Les valeurs limites d’utilisation
ne doivent pas être dépassées.
Les travaux de montage et d’entretien peuvent
uniquement être réalisés si le système tubulaire
est exempt de pression et que l‘électroaimant sont
débranchés.

DANGER
Disconnect the solenoid from power
supply.
2. Drain and vent the pipeline.

CAUTION
Leave the solenoid to cool down
before working on the valve.
4. Unmount the valve from pipe line.
5. Drain the valve completely.

CAUTION
Observe the legal regulations in
case of waterendangering fluids (e.g. § 19 WHG;
German Water Resources Act).
6. Clean and dry the valve.

fitting instructions for kits of wearing parts are

15. Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EG
Valves ≤ DN25 comply with Article 3, Clause 3 of
the Pressure Vessels Directive (97/23/EG).
A Declaration of Conformity can be issued on
request for category I and II valves.
16. Notes on Directive 2004/108/EC
(Electromagnetic Compatibility - EMC)
The used solenoids comply with requirements of the
generic standards for Interference (EN 6100063)
and Interference Immunity (EN 6100061).
Solenoids not incorporating rectifiers also meet the
requirements of EN 6100063. Before commissi
oning, ensure the entire machine or system meets
the requirements of the EMC Directive.
