3.2 Improper use or use deviating from intended use
Any other or extending use beyond this shall not be considered
intended use. HYDAC FILTER SYSTEMS GMBH will assume
no liability for any damage resulting from such use. This risk is
borne solely by the owner.
Improper use can result in hazards and/or the filter unit can be
damaged. Examples of improper use are, for example:
– Operation in potentially explosive atmospheres.
– Operation under non-approved operational conditions.
– Operation with defective protective devices.
– Modifications to the filter unit made by the user or pur-
chaser.
– Inadequate monitoring of parts that are subject to wear
and tear.
– Improperly performed repair work.
– Operation with impermissible media / fluids such as:
water, acids, solvents, aggressive fluids, oil sludge or sedi-
ment.
NOTICE
Impermissible operating media
The filter unit will be damaged.

Never pump:
- water
- corrosive fluids
- acids or solvents
- oily sludge or sediment in the oil tank
