6.4 Operation with accessories
In order to adapt the filter unit to your requirements, you can
select some items from the accessories list. While using ac-
cessories, the technical framework conditions can change in
some cases such as the maximum permissible viscosity short
time duty instead of continuous operation, etc. You will find the
relevant details in the following chapters.
6.4.1 Using a suction line filter on the suction hose
With a suction line filter on the suction hose, even very dirty
fluids can be suctioned. While doing so, they protect the pump
and the internally installed protective screen from blocking up
quickly due to too much dirt.
Screw the suction line filter on the suction hose, e.g. instead of
the lance and hang this into the container to be cleaned.
During operation with the suction line filter on the suction hose
please note the permissible viscosity is ≤ 200 mm²/s.
