Problem
Possible Cause(s)
Solution
Dead battery.
Defective charger
If the LED indicator lights do not turn on or only one red LED is on after
being on the charger for over 2 hours, test the charger with a
multimeter. Replace if necessary.
Damaged Lithium-Ion cells
If the battery receives no reading from a multimeter, a replacement
battery is needed.
Pump makes a sound when
sprayer is on, but output is
limited.
Clog in filter or nozzle
Check parts for a clog. Using warm water, thoroughly clean the
components; including pump inlet filter inside the tank.
Clog in the pump
Remove the plastic cover plate and locate the pump. Remove then open
the pump and clean out debris. Contact Support for assistance.
