Steering Column Tilt Memory Lever

TILT MEMORY LEVER
Lift the tilt position lever to adjust the steering column up or down for
the operator's comfort.
This tilt memory lever permits moving the steering column from a
locked position to an upright position and back to the original locked
position. Lift the lever to move the steering column to exit the truck.
The lever will lock when the steering column is returned to the origi-
nal position. Make sure the lever is locked before operating the lift
truck.
If steering tilt position is set at the full upright position, the steering
column will not move when the tilt memory lever is lifted. Use the tilt
position lever to reset the steering column to the desired position.
