2. Dial the phone number. Methods available for dialing the required phone
number:
Dial the phone number manually via the Live Dial or Buffer Dial method.
Select a phone number from the Phone List and dial it.
3. After the phone number of the destination party is sent, the terminal receives an
alert (including waiting tone, busy tone and voice alert) consistent with the
phone system, indicating the terminal is connecting the phone.
4. After the off-hook operation on the phone, the terminal can communicate with
the phone via the PTT key.
5. Terminate the communication. Two methods available for terminating the
communication:
Hang up the phone.
The terminal sends the De-Access Code through the following methods:
Send the De-Access Code manually via the Live Dial or Buffer Dial method.
Store the De-Access Code in the Phone List and send it under the Phone List.
Send the De-Access Code by pressing the shortcut key P2 (portable terminal)
or P6 (mobile terminal).
Note: During a call from the terminal to the phone, the terminal displays the TX
contact name and phone number. You must set a TX contact; otherwise, the
terminal cannot make call services.
