Step 1 : Assemble Handle Bars

Attach the lower handle to the deck of the mower and tighten the lower bolts securely.

See image 1 & 2.

Align the height adjuster knob with the desired height location hole. There is a choice of 2 
positions. The bottom hole is the tallest position and the top hole is the shortest position.

You will need a 13mm spanner or an adjustable spanner for assembly.
