APPLICATION.

 

 

This compressor is used to produce compressed air for pneumatic tools.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.

Check the unit when it is delivered. Any damage should be immediately reported to the 

company.

Check the oil level before starting up. 

4.3

 

Turn the machine on only if you are close to it.

Long air lines and long supply lines (extension) should be avoided.

Make sure that the air-intake is dry and has no dust.

Do not install the compressor in the damp or wet room.

The compressor is only allowed to work in suitable well ventilated areas. The working

When using this compressor, you must prevent the electric shock, injury or fire. The 

following safety measures must be followed. Read and follow these instructions before 
using the machine.

Keep your work area clean, Cluttered areas and benches can cause accidents.

Check your work as follows.

Place the compressor where it will not get wet i.e. outside in the rain.

Do not use the compressor in the damp or wet conditions.

Provide and use adequate lighting.

Always use the compressor far away from the flammable liquids or 

gases.

Do not allow other people to touch the compressor or cable, keep them away from 

your work area.

Keep your compressor safe, when not being used the compressor should be kept in 

a dry and locked room and it must be out of reach of children.

Do not overload your compressor.

At normal load, the compressor works better and safely.

Wear the appropriate work clothes. 

5.1.8.21 Do not wear the loose clothes or jewellery. Otherwise, you may get 
entangled by the moving parts.

recommended. If you have long hair, wear a hair net.

DO NOT mis-use the electrical supply cable.

When you have finished working disconnect the compressor by switching 

it off at the supply socket, then unplug the compressor from the power source.

Keep the electrical supply cable of the compressor away from heat, oil and 

sharp edges.
