4.12.3 Greasing the hinging and sliding points
Recurrence: every 250 h.
In order to guarantee the efficiency of the relative movements, the points indicated in the examples shown in
the figure must be periodically greased using the appropriate greasers, or else by applying grease to the
indicated points themselves. The grease application points are listed below:
• Case tipping rotation pins;
• Case tipping piston pins;
• Arm hinge pins for DIN, BO, and EUROPA type case tipping;
• KR hatch opening piston pins;
• KRM hatch opening piston pins;
• Compacting shovel movement pins;
• Compacting shovel rotation piston pins;
• Structure - subframe hinge pins;
• Expulsion plate sliding guide;
• Compacting shovel sliding guide;
• Hatch hinge pins.
