– preliminary operations
Preliminary remarks
This section highlights faults that may arise during normal machine
functioning, and the interventions to be carried out to solve those faults.
ATTENTION
The following symbols indicate which interventions may be
carried out by the operator, and which must only be carried out
by a specialised mechanical or electrical maintenance
technician or the authorised after-sales service.

Preliminary operations
to be carried out
Before carrying out any type of check, ensure the maximum working
hydraulic pressure is 150 bar.
This is done in the following way.

Please proceed as explained in paragraph 4.1.1
“Engaging the PTO” up to step (2).

Respectively install a pressure gauge:
On the services group, on the appropriate
connector (B) on the solenoid valve unit above the
tank;
On the compacting unit, on the appropriate
connector (C) on the solenoid valve unit above the tank,
and open the tap (D).
