Remedy
Power take-off
The PTO fails to engage
Check to see if the vehicle's pneumatic system is pressurised.
Check the functionality of the PTO system's pneumatic solenoid valve
Make sure that the clutch pedal is being pressed during the engagement
phase
Check to make sure that the "clutch pedal limit" sensor SQ1 is functioning
properly
The green indicator light for the
"System Activation" switch is
flashing
The PTO is not engaged
There is no air in the vehicle's pneumatic system
The clutch is not being pressed when engaging the PTO
Unloading the bin
Nothing
happens
when
the
unloading button is pressed (no
pressure)
Check to see if the INPUT 29 is 1 in the display of cabin
The latches do not open
Check to make sure that the
“latch” solenoid is not blocked and is receiving
electrical power
The latches do not close (hatch
blocked)
Check to see if the INPUT 8 is 1 in the display of cabin
Check to make sure that the
“latch” solenoid is not blocked and is receiving
electrical power
The hatch does not open
Check to make sure that the "latches retracted" sensors SQ5-SQ6
(hatch released) are functioning properly
Check to make sure that the
“hatch” solenoid is not blocked and is receiving
electrical power
The expulsion plate for the
unloading operation does not
move with the hatch open
Check to see if the INPUT 7 is 1 in the display of cabin
Check to make sure that the "hatch raised" sensor is functioning properly
Check to make sure that the
“plate” solenoid is not blocked and is receiving
electrical power
The expulsion plate does not
return to its working position
Check to make sure that the
“plate” solenoid is not blocked and is receiving
electrical power
