Remedy
Unloading the bin
The hatch does not close
Check to make sure that the expulsion plate sensor SQ7 is functioning
properly (input 9 is 1)
Check to make sure that the
“hatch” solenoid is not blocked and is receiving
electrical power
Check to make sure that the expulsion plate is in its working position
Check to make sure that the latches are retracted
Verify that the bin lifting and tipping unit is in its resting position
The hatch descends quickly or in
a non-parallel manner
Adjust the Over-Center valves mounted on the hatch's movement cylinders
The plate does not automatically
retract during the compacting
phase
Check the counter-pressure on the unloading valve as indicated in section 7
“Annexed documentation” of the data sheet titled “Adjusting the plate
unloading
valve”.
Rear bin tipping unit
The bin tipper blocks the bin but
does not perform the lifting
operation
Check to make sure that the
“raise container” solenoid is not blocked and is
receiving electrical power
Check pressure switch SP4 on the solenoid valve unit
Check to make sure that sensor S10 (input 37 is 1) is on
The container does not begin
emptying once it arrives at the
loading opening
Check to make sure that the
“rotate container” solenoid is not blocked and is
receiving electrical power
Check to make sure that the
“Bin tipper ascent” sensor S9 is functioning
properly
The container does not descend
Check to make sure that the
“Bin tipper descent” sensor S10 is functioning
properly
Check to make sure that the
“raise container” solenoid is not blocked and is
receiving electrical power
The bin tipper is not functioning
Check to make sure that the edge is closed
Vehicle
The vehicle shuts off when the
reverse gear is engaged
Make sure that nobody is on the type-approved platforms
Check to make sure that the "type-approved platform" sensor is functioning
properly.
