Disposal
We would ask you not to dispose of the sinus 5 GO in general
waste, but to instead bring the device to a suitable recycling
centre or collection site.
Note regarding scientific acceptance
As a manufacturer, we comply with the obligation to make no
healing claims with respect to the sinus 5 GO. The statements
made and information on the effects of the device and the pul
-
sed magnetic field are derived from source-based scientific stu
-
dies and user reports.
We dissociate ourselves from any healing claims and promises
of a cure, as well as from claims of medical effectiveness in
the sense of the Therapeutic Products Act (TPA) and the Unfair
Competition Act (UCA).
4. Warranty
The warranty period for a device is 24 months from the date of
delivery. Wear parts, consumables, housing surfaces and ca-
bles are generally excluded from warranty claims. A warranty
claim expires:

in the event of damage due to improper operation or inap-
propriate use of the sinus 5 GO;
•
in the event of damage due to mechanical influences cau
-
sed by the customer, such as falling, crushing, contact with
water, etc.;
•
damage, failure, loss or deterioration due to ordinary wear
and tear, from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, faulty
installation, placement and operation, improper maintenan-
ce, unauthorized repair, exposure to unreasonable tempe-
ratures or conditions;
•
in case of incorrect installation or loss of accessories;
