8. Troubleshooting
Sample Analysis
In case you experience one of the following issues:
•
The “
Insufficient sample amount
” appears on the result screen.
•
The result is out of the measurement range.
•
A result is suspicious.
1. Try sample analysis again with the same sample.
2. If the same error occurs, run 2 Point Cal.
3. Try the sample analysis again.
4. Repeat 2 Point Cal a few times if the same problem occurs.
5. Try QC solutions for analysis.
If the QC results are within the QC range, the analyzer is properly set
for sample analysis.
6. Refer to Appendix A for sample collection and handling procedure.
