Roller brush replacement
If the roller brush needed thorough cleaning you can remove the roller brush from the roller
brush and squeegee holder. When the roller brush is worn you must replace it with a new
one. In both cases, follow the next steps.
1.
Remove the roller brush and squeegee holder as described in section 6.8.3, step 1, step 2
and step 3.

Remove the screw (Figure 36, pos. 1) by turning it counterclockwise and gently open the
lever (Figure 36, pos. 2).
3.
Remove the roller brush (Figure 36, pos. 3) from the holder for thorough cleaning
purposes or replacement with a new one.

Replace the roller brush (Figure 37, pos. 1) in the holder. Make sure that the brush rests
properly in the holder!
5.
Close the lever (Figure 37, pos. 2) and tighten the screw (Figure 37, pos. 3) clockwise.
6.
Replace the roller brush and squeegee holder in the co-botic
™
45 as described in section
6.8.3, step 8, step 9 and step 10.
