Blue LED--- indicate the GSM signal state

no SIM card or not GSM net

Red LED---indicate charge sate
Green LED--- indicate the GPS signal state

No Lighting
Working, but no location

3.4 Reset to factory:
Under the shutdown state, remove the back cover of GTLT2, then short circuit PIN3 and PIN4
of the 5-pin socket of GTLT2, then connect GTLT2 with the built-in battery or external power
supply, 5 seconds after boot disconnect PIN3 and PIN4.
