Wi-Fi hotspot:

 Select the Wi-Fi networks which are Slide hotspots. Apps can be restricted from 

using these networks when in the background. Apps may also warn before using these networks 
for large downloads..

Steps to perform USB tethering 

USB tethering allows sharing the Internet connection of the tablet with other devices such as 
laptops via USB. 

 In Slide

go to settings



more



tethering & portable hotspot



select USB tethering. 

 You will get an indication on the laptop/PC that USB is connected. 

Settings on your Slide are done. 

Bluetooth Tethering: 

Tethering refers to connecting one device to another. Tethering allows 

sharing the Internet connection of the tablet with other devices such as laptops. Sharing internet 
connection using Bluetooth is called Bluetooth tethering. 

Steps to perform Bluetooth tethering 

Bluetooth tethering allows sharing the Internet connection of the tablet with other devices such as 
mobiles, etc via Bluetooth. 

In Slide



go to settings

turn on Bluetooth. 

Pair your tablet to another mobile using bluetooth 

In settings



go to more setting 



tethering & portable hotspot



check Bluetooth tethering. 

Now you can use the 

Slide‟s internet on your mobile using Bluetooth connection. 

Hotspot & tethering settings: 

To set the IP of the Wi-Fi setting. 

VPN:

 VPN stands for virtual private mode. Using this feature .You can connect to your private 

network through a public network. 

Network settings reset:

 This will reset all networks settings including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc

. 

6.5 Display 

Brightness level:

 Select to open the brightness control, and then swipe your finger along the 

brightness bar to set the level. In sunlight, increase the level. 

Wallpaper: 

Select to choose the type of wallpaper you want on your home screen. You can 

either select a picture from Photos or download them on yourTablet. You can select from one out 
of the available 4 options: ES File Explorer, Live Wallpapers, Photos, and Wallpaper. 

Screen Time out:

 Select to decide how long your tablet must be inactive before the screen turns 

off. 

Press power button twice for camera:

 Quickly open camera without unlocking your screen by 

pressing power button twice. 

Screensaver:

 You can select from the provided widgets to be displayed when the screen is left 

idle for a long time.

Font Size

: Select to choose the font size of characters on your screen. 

Display size: 

Select to choose the size of the view on your tablet screen
