FITTING THE DUST BAG AND HOSE:
The dust hose and dust bag
available with the product allow
the dust to be captured for easy
clean up and should be fitted to
help maintain a clean, healthy
working environment.
The dust bag has a strap to
allow you to carry the dust bag
with you while you operate the
tool around the room.
Push the end of dust hose onto the dust port at the back of the tool.
To remove the dust bag and hose, simply pull the end of the hose off
the tools dust port.
SELF EXTRACTION DUST SYSTEM
:
The Extraction control (5) allows the
operator to adjust the power of the
suction provided by the inbuilt dust
extraction system.
The system is powered by an internal
fan attached to the motor, therefore
will only function while the tool is in
operation.
Rotate the extraction control to set the desired extraction speed.
Rotate the control clockwise fully for maximum suction and
counter clockwise for reduced suction.
EMPTYING THE DUST:
We recommend emptying dust bag after every sanding operation.
Remove the dust hose with dust bag from the sander’s dust port.
Hold the dust bag over a trash can. Remove the clasp
(plastic slide
fastener) beneath the bag and empty the dust bag.
Attach the clasp back onto the rails of the dust bag, and re-attach
the dust hose and dust bag to the tool.
