With your hands, unscrew the fuseholder from its housing, remove the damages
f use from its holder and replace with ex actly the same type of fuse. Screw the
f use holder back in its plac e and reconnect power.
Cooling
A minimum distance around the unit must be kept to ensure sufficient v entilation.
The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with
items such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
Hearing damage, prolonged exposure to excessiv e SPL
MK-12A loudspeakers are easily capable of generating sound pressure
levels (SPL) sufficient to cause permanent hearing damage to performers,
production crew and audience members.
Caution should be taken to avoid prolonged exposure or SPL in ex cess of 85 dB.
Exposure to moisture, outdoor applications
While loudspeakers will work great for outdoor sound reinforcement they are not
weather-proof and are not intended for continuous exposure to extremes of
humidity, temperature, salt air, or UV rays. Ex posure to outdoor env ironmental
conditions may result in premature failure of components as well as degradation
to appearance.
Product Features
MK-12A represents a breakthrough in technology and performance that
has set a new standard for portable sound loudspeaker systems. The MK-12A
joins the B-IN line and off ers those who already own external power
amplifiers or powered mixers the performance and appearance for which B-IN is
well-known.

About the MK-12A enclosure
The enclosure and baffle of your MK-12A are made of polypropylene co-
polymer.
The use of copolymer allows features such as stand-mounting sockets,
handholds, ports, and high frequency horns to be moulded directly into the
cabinet.
Not only do you get contemporary appearance, you also get lots of functionality.
Cable & Connections
The MK-12A
features Dual standard NL-4 speaker connector. These
connectors are hooked in a parallel "loop-through" configuration f or connection
to additional speakers. For optimum perf ormance it is important to use cables
specifically designed for speaker use. Do not use shielded "guitar" signal cables
for connection to your MK-12A speakers.
