Windows NT Driver Parameters
IBMC.SYS, IBMCNT.SYS, and IBMCN4.SYS driver parameters
can be modified using the Windows NT Network Control Panel.
This applet uses the OEMSETNT.INF file to set the
corresponding parameters in the registry.
