Here’s what to do...
Screen is black (no error
code)
Beep occurs in Power-On
Self-Test (POST)
If you added hardware, remove it and restart the
computer to see if the problem is corrected. If the
problem is corrected, you may have installed your
hardware incorrectly. Reinstall your hardware.
•
If you installed memory modules or adapter cards,
make sure you installed them correctly.
•
If you did not install memory modules or adapter
cards, see “HelpWare support and services” on
page 81 for information on obtaining service.
