recently installed, moved, serviced or upgraded, reseat
adapter and any attached cables.
2.
Update the PCI adapter firmware.
3.
Move card to a different slot. If the slot is not available or
error re-occurs, replace the adapter (see Removing an
adapter and Installing an adapter).
4.
(Trained technician only) If adapter was moved to a
different slot and error did not re-occur, verify that this is
not a system limitation and then replace the system board.
Also, if this is not the initial installation and the error
persists after adapter replacement, replace system board
(see Removing the system board and Installing the system
board).
5.
Run the Setup utility (see Using the Setup utility). Select
Startup Options
from the menu and modify the boot
sequence to change the load order of the optional-device
ROM code.
