To
remove
the
bezel
assembly,
complete
the
following
steps.

Bezel
Bezel-assembly
release (both sides)
1.
Read
the
safety
information
that
begins
on
page
vii
and
“Installation
guidelines”
on
page
19.
2.
Open
the
blade
server
cover
(see
“Removing
the
blade
server
cover”
on
page
24
for
instructions).
3.
If
a
Memory
and
I/O
Expansion
Blade
is
installed,
remove
it
(see
“Removing
an
expansion
unit”
on
page
26).
4.
Press
the
bezel-assembly
release
on
each
side
of
the
blade
server
and
pull
the
bezel
assembly
away
from
the
blade
server
approximately
1.2
cm
(0.5
inch).
5.
Disconnect
the
control
panel
cable
from
the
control
panel
connector.
6.
Pull
the
bezel
assembly
away
from
the
blade
server.
7.
Store
the
bezel
assembly
in
a
safe
place.
Installing
the
bezel
assembly
To
install
the
bezel
assembly,
complete
the
following
steps.

Connect
the
control-panel
cable
