Pentium II Processor Module (for 2163 )
The Pentium II Processor Module comes in two packages, SECC1 and
SECC2. SECC stands for Single Edge Cartridge CPU. Either of the two
packages can be installed to the 2163 system board.
Removing the Pentium II CPU Module
Follow these steps to remove the Pentium II CPU module from the slot.
NOTE: Determine the type of processor you are installing and make sure the
jumpers are set correctly. Run the Setup Utility after correctly installing
a processor.
ATTENTION: Processors are sensitive to static discharge.
•
Unlock the latches that secure the processor module.
•
Firmly hold the processor module and pull it out of the socket.
