arbitrator

days
of
the
date
the
other
party
appoints

first
appointed
arbitrator
shall
be
the
sole
arbitrator,

that
the

validly
and
properly
appointed.
All
proceedings
shall
be
conducted,
including
all
documents
presented
in
such
proceedings,
in
the
English
language.

of
